“Curiosity fuels capability, each step forward strengthens how I show up for clients and my team.”
What Guides My Work.
“Strong relationships, thoughtful support and smarter ways of working guide everything I do.”
I’m focused on creating a strong client experience built on connection, clarity and care. Lasting relationships matter to me, and I lead with kindness, curiosity and follow-through so people feel supported and understood.

I’m committed to empowering others - advisers, peers and my team. I invest in capability and growth, work collaboratively and make space for shared problem-solving so we deliver meaningful outcomes together.

I look for smarter, more efficient ways to work. Using technology and thoughtful execution, I help streamline processes and strengthen how we support clients, ensuring every interaction feels considered and consistent.
My Career Journey.
I began my career in private wealth after moving to Melbourne in 2008, starting in client service and paraplanning at a boutique firm built around family values and genuine care. Those early years gave me a deep appreciation for the full advice process, from strategy to investment and showed me the importance of long-term relationships and thoughtful support across a diverse client base.

In 2013, I joined Commonwealth Private, working alongside advisers to support the complex needs of high-net-worth clients. Over seven years, I strengthened my technical and professional foundations, was added to the Financial Adviser Register in 2018, and completed further study including the ASIC Financial Adviser Exam in 2019. That period shaped my understanding of high-quality advice and the impact it can have when delivered with clarity and purpose.

After returning from overseas in 2020, I stepped into operational and project roles across financial and licensee services from audit to change and transformation. This allowed me to contribute in new ways, support teams through transition and help improve the client experience behind the scenes. I’m now proud to bring that experience, and the same commitment to meaningful client outcomes, to Linea Private Wealth.

What Clients Say About Erin.
Tim & Andy, Mont Albert
“The clear way everything was explained made a big difference. Erin handled the details I usually miss and kept the process moving without stress.”
Marina T, Brighton
“What stood out was how organised and proactive the support was. She coordinated with our accountant and caught issues early, which saved us real time.”
Daniel R, Elwood
“The warm and friendly way Erin approached each conversation put me at ease straight away. She made the process feel comfortable while still keeping everything on track.”

Outside of Work.
Erin brings curiosity, energy and a sense of adventure to life outside the office. She loves exploring whether it’s a weekend escape, a new restaurant or a big overseas trip, with Egypt, New York and Italy among her favourites. Wellness is a staple in her routine, from spa days to biohacking experiments, balanced with netball, strength training and Pilates.

She’s a part-time pet sitter, an aspiring dog mum and a regular at Melbourne’s main events; concerts, AFL, the races, theatre and comedy shows. And every day starts the same way: coffee first. Instant is fine, café-quality is better.
